Terms and conditions1. Creative Decisions and Changes: The artist will consult with the client on the layout, color scheme, and content of the commissioned artwork. Progress updates will be provided at the initial, middle, and final stages of production for client feedback. Minor revisions may be requested at these stages, provided they do not require restarting or completely reworking the piece.One (1) major revision involving a complete reworking of the artwork will be allowed at no additional cost. Any further major revisions will be considered a new commission and charged accordingly, which may also affect the completion timeline.2. Right of refusal: While this agreement assumes the client will purchase the commissioned artwork, the client retains the right to refuse the completed work. In such a case, the artist will keep the refused artwork and the non-refundable 50% deposit. The client will owe no additional fees, and all rights to the artwork remain with the artist.3. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required before the artist begins production. The remaining balance is due upon client approval of the final artwork.If payment is made through a third-party app and the client initiates a chargeback, the client forfeits all rights to the commissioned work and may be liable for additional fees imposed by the artist or the payment platform.4. Copyright: The artist retains full copyright (common-law) to all commissioned works. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works (including prints or merchandise) without the artist’s explicit written permission.
